Hello, my name is Clay and I live in the Petaluma area. At age 18 I developed a love for photography, took a few classes and began taking photos.
Since that time I've continued with photography as an amateur photographer. I had two teenage daughters who played sports and I found many
players and parents who love photos of themselves or their children involved in sporting events. My love of photography along with the desire to have
action sports photos resulted in me starting a part time sports photography business in 2005. I created North Bay Sports Photography with the intent
of growing as a photographer and being able to provide those special "action pics" for the kids and their parents. I am a member of
SportsShooter.com.
I primarily photograph action sports such as Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Rugby and Basketball. If you ask, I will
photograph most anything else. My goal is to capture your precious moments so you can reflect back on those moments for years to come. I still have
a lot to learn about photography and any feedback is welcomed. Because I want to the kids and parents to be able to purchase photos of the sports
activities, I try to keep the prices reasonable. I've had photographs from five different sports published in the Petaluma Argus Courier Newspaper and
the Petaluma Magazine.
How do I work? Well, I usually just show up at a sports event and take photographs of the event. During the event I hand out fliers with my business
name and the web address. After taking the photos, I process them on a computer and then upload thumbnail images to "Printroom.com." A link on
my web page takes you to the galleries of images hosted by printroom. When you order, the order is processed by printroom. I upload a full size
image to printroom so they can create a photograph from the high quality original image. The photographs are printed and shipped by printroom.com.
I am also available to be hired to shoot images of your chosen player or your entire team for a set fee. Se my "Rates" page for the prices. Your
